Conducted user surveys, interviews, and personas understand impulsive spending among young budgeters, revealing how it undermines financial confidence. Competitive analysis revealed gaps in existing apps, creating opportunities for a simpler, supportive solution tailored to first-time budgeters.
Design & Prototyping
Translated research insights into tangible design solutions through affinity mapping, which helped us identify key themes and user needs. Developed branding and a standout mascot to create a friendly, approachable identity, along with user flows to ensure intuitive navigation.
Testing & Optimization
Conducted usability testing and A/B testing to evaluate the app’s design, features, and overall user experience. User feedback informed iterative improvements ensuring the interface was intuitive, simple, and engaging for the younger audience.
